Katrina was very knowledgeable, professional and always available to assist us. She provided us with great information about the community. She was great to work with and very patient with us through the process.

We actually picked Katrina "by chance" and we came to know that it was in fact, "providential" for she did a fantastic job for us. She listed our house quickly and had a terrific photographer do a glorious 40 shot presentation. On the first day, we got 4 greater than asking price offers. We accepted what we thought to be the best, but they backed out on the day they were due to post their escrow. Undaunted, Katrina had us back on the market the next day and we had another set of 4 better than asking offers. This time we had a completely smooth, 30 day to close. At age 76, I'm not planning on that there's another sale/purchase in my future, but if that came about, Katrina will be my first call! I can't imagine using anyone else.

My husband and I have bought our 4th house already. Each time we had a different realtor. Katrina has been the best realtor we have ever had. My sister used her as well and was just as pleased. Katrina gives 100% to her work and she has a great team working with her. Our closing was as scheduled, our house sold for more than we thought it would, we bought the new house with over $65,000 below market value. She went above and beyond with making sure all the paperwork was on schedule. I would receive e-mails at 3 in the morning with updates about my status. She has showed up to help me at 9:00 pm. I sometimes wondered if she ever rests. She definitely knows and enjoys her job. If we ever move again she would be the one to call. Katrina holds a high work ethic and values her clients.

Wanted to relocate to the Hernando County area in Florida from Northern Virginia. Katrina was great she worked hard to find me the property I wanted and actually worked on her vacation to make sure everything went off without a hitch.
