He was able to provide detailed and sometimes complex realty related issues in a clear, accurate and friendly manner. At each crossroad in the deal, it was apparent that my daughter had a person in her corner dedicated to providing her with the best possible experience as well as the best deal. I feel so lucky to have had Rick represent us in our home buying process! We went under contract with one of his listings right before Idalia hit and the house got totally flooded and had to be completely renovated. The whole process was a lot to handle and manage, and not only did Nick make sure we got additional credits to mitigate some of the damage that couldn't get fixed in time for the closing, but he supported us and our decision making process throughout the whole time. He was so patient and reassuring, and when all was said and done, we made it through with our new home that we're so excited about. She convinced the people who we purchased the new home to lower the price comparing it to the newer homes in the area and they agreed.
