David went above and beyond when it came to selling my home. This was my first time selling a home so I had no idea what I was doing and he made the process incredibly easy. I was constantly bothering him with random questions and he was always available to help out. We hit a snag when it came to closing that was completely out of his control and David handled it with grace and professionalism. I’m sure I would have had multiple meltdowns if I didn’t have him on my team helping me through every step of the process. I absolutely recommend David for selling your home. He is so genuine and caring and will do everything in his power to make the process smooth and stress free.

Once I realized it was the best option for my family, I decided to move forward, and having the right realtor made all the difference. He never made me feel overwhelmed or uninformed, and he was always willing to answer questions, no matter how basic I felt the questions may have seemed. Throughout the entire process, David was consistently available whenever I needed to talk - whether it was to discuss a specific property, understand next steps, or just get reassurance during a stressful moment. There were times that I sent him a text message at 11:30 PM, expecting to hear a reply the next morning, only to be immediately met with an, "I'm available if a call is easier."
