David was a professional from start to finish with expertise, charm and a friendly demeanor.

I helped my daughter and her husband who is away in the army to purchase their first house. I believe that I have purchased my last home recently in Florida but have had lots of experience as a home owner and have bought and sold multiple investment properties through the years in New Jersey. I have worked with some excellent realtors. I would put Dave at the top of that list. Dave has a vast knowledge of the local area and great contacts. He was able to provide detailed and sometimes complex realty related issues in a clear, accurate and friendly manner. At each crossroad in the deal, it was apparent that my daughter had a person in her corner dedicated to providing her with the best possible experience as well as the best deal. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️If I could give 10 stars , I would!!!!!

David helped our family sell our mother’s estate, and to say he did a phenomenal job is an understatement! From the very beginning, David made everything feel simple and stress-free. First off, he didn’t just throw a price on the home and hope for the best. He strategically priced it which helped it sell in less than a week. David was there every step of the way. We received thorough communication on any updates and instructions on what to expect next constantly. He negotiated hard for us and made sure to keep our best interests in mind. David is a true professional and was amazed at how hands-on he was. He coordinated contractors, clearly outlined what needed to be done to pass inspections, worked directly with the buyers lender, agent, and the title company to make sure everything ran smoothly and our questions were answered. He managed the entire process from start to finish. Before passing, my mother and father lived in the home for decades and what meant so much to me and my sisters was that it sold to someone we know will take care of it which wasn’t something we asked for at first, but it ended up meaning a lot to our family! Excellent

I met david while at work. He walked in as a regular customer and I personally happened to be asking people in the area about their HOA & possibly CDD. He was with his wife getting paint for their home at the time but he was very patient with me and started asking all the right questions & more than covered all of our concerns. Mind you I was already in a bad deal/contract with a builder and he eventually helped me get out of it with a few suggestions. He then helped us look for a home (my wife & I) based on our list and we eventually landed a sweet deal with one of the best builders and we are genuinely happy and we are thankful we were able to meet David. Definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a home!

The most worry free experience I could’ve every imagined

As a first time homebuyer the process is SO intimidating but I had to worry about almost nothing. I don’t think David has EVER missed a call, text, or email or responded crazy quickly. He was super knowledgeable, kind and transparent, and took care of just about everything. A family member was purchasing a home in a different state and had so many issues through their own journey that were taken care of with just a ‘heads up, this came up but I took care of it’. People told me the process of buying a home was chaotic but thanks to David I had none of that experience. I am so grateful that the whole process was so smooth and seamless. I love my home so much and I truly don’t think we would’ve gotten into it nearly as nicely as we did without his guidance, negotiation skills, abilities to get creative making the most attractive but still advantageous offers, and just overall care and passion he has for helping and advocating for his clients. I can’t recommend him enough and I wish I had more family/friends to get everybody houses with such wonderful service.
