Dana, was very knowledgeable and if she had any questions or concerns she was open to saying she will get the info and get back with me. And she did. She was courteous, helpful, inspirational and kept me well informed on where we were in the process. We had some ups and downs in this process (no fault of hers) but she was always in my court, working for me tirelessly. I will definitely refer her to my family and friends....and I have.
