Perfect communication, great aggressiveness without being pushy.

It was a pure pleasure working with Kevin during our search for a home in S. Seminole Heights. He really heard and understood what our needs were and responded accordingly. We have worked with agents in the past who have tried to push us toward inappropriate properties. This NEVER happened with Kevin. I would recommend Kevin to anyone who wanted to work with a fine human being who is smart, caring, and honest.

Dean, listed my house and was so on target I received an almost full priced offer within 24 hours. He wa there to meet the appraiser, explained where he found the comps to Price the house out. Even helped me get my flat roof sealed for repeat four point inspection. He also sold us our new Josue and was there every step of the way. Now he has to sell my girlfriends house for us.
