It was a pure pleasure working with Kevin during our search for a home in S. Seminole Heights. He really heard and understood what our needs were and responded accordingly. Kevin had taken over the sale of my home after using a previous realtor that was on the market for 90 days. As soon as he took over he had staged our home and set up a date for the open house, with this being said it did not even make it to the open house as he had buyers lined up and handled everything in a professional manner. I would recommend Kevin to use whether you are buying or selling a home. He is very courteous and professional as well as informative in his field!!
