Kevin had taken over the sale of my home after using a previous realtor that was on the market for 90 days. As soon as he took over he had staged our home and set up a date for the open house, with this being said it did not even make it to the open house as he had buyers lined up and handled everything in a professional manner. I live in NY State and I was selling an duples in Tampa. Mr. Hearne was recommended by a close friend who had had a very positive experience working with him. She highly recommended him and I now I am very happy to be able to also highly recommended him. Obviously my apt sale was very complicated since I was out of state and the apt management company I used was less than helpful.
