Kathryn is very familiar with the greater Tampa Bay area and has had made it her quest to intimately know about as many communities and neighborhoods as possible, so that she is able to properly guide those that want to explore new parts of Tampa or those relocating to the area. She has had extensive experience in Corporate Relocation with both sellers and buyers and is skilled at making sure her clients know exactly what to expect through the entire transaction. Having made several corporate relocations personally in her previous career, she thoroughly understands the importance of having a trusted consultant to help you through the process of buying or selling a home. Prior to entering Real Estate, Kathryn was a District Manager in retail and in the sales industry for more than 20 years. Her time in retail shaped her supportive instincts and her ability to really listen. Integrity is very important to her and her mantra is, "always do what you say you will do." Selma first got her real estate license in the state of Florida two decades ago. Her persistence, patience, and dedicated approach allowed her to immediately become very successful and grow a portfolio of a variety of happy clients over the years. When you work with Selma you can count on an agent who will do all she can to help you achieve your goals. In her personal life Selma is the mother of Sade, her only child. Growing up Sade worked close to Selma in leading a youth group, the Dream Believe Inspire institute. Today, Sade is herself a young adult, mother of two beautiful children, and currently working on her real estate license to join Selma in her real estate practice. As a youth leader Selma learned to be patient, flexible, understanding, while maintaining a firm grip on leading by example inspiring the kids to become responsible and valuable members of society. Currently on her PhD in Transpersonal Psychology, Selma brings a disciplined and human centered approach to the way she relates to all her clients and partners in providing outstanding customer service. Experienced in emotional intelligence. Selma is an agent who leads with heart, integrity, and respect as she applies her skills on how emotional intelligence impacts human development. As a real estate consultant, Selma has completed many hours of advanced studies in marketing, sales, real estate procedures, and real estate law. Sharon provides rare depth in her approach to real estate acquisition (or divestiture) and was first licensed in 2004 where her career began on the commercial side of the industry, and later grew to residential and is a certified relocation specialist. She uses a highly collaborative, and creative approach in her real estate endeavors —whether it be in problem-solving, handling negotiation, and identifying and minimizing real estate risk.

I grew up in the Midwest and my family and I made the exciting move to Florida’s west coast in August 2020. Relocating five people, two cats, and a dog was no small task, but we embraced the adventure and have settled in beautifully. With over six years of experience as a real estate office administrator in both Indiana and Florida, I bring strong skills in sales, communication, marketing, and advertising. I’ve explored and grown to love this entire region—from Dunedin and Tarpon Springs to Naples and Central Florida—and I’ve built a strong professional network to help connect clients with the right people.
