Had a HOT situation with my mother's place. Was time for her to move to assisted living but being able to pay those bills depended on selling her duplex for top dollar. Randy met with us and suggested a listing price that we all agreed upon. Then, once we got the home empty and clean, he showed up with a photographer that did an amazing job capturing the best features of mom's place. When the listing went live, the interest from buyers was intense due to Randy listing it as a "Coming Soon" listing that only agents could see...and they would be prepared to bring clients when the listing went live. In the end, within two days, WE HAD AN OFFER FOR $26,000.00 OVER ASKING PRICE. If I had to do it again, I would be calling Randy.

We live in the DC area but I travel to Tampa quite a bit for work and to visit friends and family. With that in mind, my wife and I felt it would be a good idea to purchase a reasonably priced condo\townhouse in the Tampa Bay area as a second home. Mike's professionalism, honesty, and responsiveness proved to be superb! As out of town buyers we were able to rely on, and trust, Mike to represent us during the entire house search and negotiation process. He did such a great job that it made our closing very smooth and uneventful. My wife says I'm a major control freak when it comes to something like a real estate purchase. However, with Mike as our agent there were never any issues and I never had to stress about anything.
