We live in the DC area but I travel to Tampa quite a bit for work and to visit friends and family. With that in mind, my wife and I felt it would be a good idea to purchase a reasonably priced condo\townhouse in the Tampa Bay area as a second home. As out of town buyers we were able to rely on, and trust, Mike to represent us during the entire house search and negotiation process. He did such a great job that it made our closing very smooth and uneventful. My wife says I'm a major control freak when it comes to something like a real estate purchase.
