We live in the DC area but I travel to Tampa quite a bit for work and to visit friends and family. With that in mind, my wife and I felt it would be a good idea to purchase a reasonably priced condo\townhouse in the Tampa Bay area as a second home. Mike's professionalism, honesty, and responsiveness proved to be superb! As out of town buyers we were able to rely on, and trust, Mike to represent us during the entire house search and negotiation process. He did such a great job that it made our closing very smooth and uneventful. My wife says I'm a major control freak when it comes to something like a real estate purchase.
