MBT was great work with, she always took the time to answer our questions and communicated so we understood every step. She spent time looking at houses with us every week until we found a place that we love. Even then she continued to go above and beyond. After the inspection she coordinated with an electrician to look at some concerns that came up. This really put us at ease and we purchased our first home with confidence.

There was quite a bit of drama due to water problems in the basement and other things that fell apart just a few days before settlement. She held my hand and took the lead in resolving the issues.
