Growing up with parents who enjoyed rehabbing homes allowed Abby to understand at a young age the amount of heart and hard work that goes into homeownership. She witnessed how much joy others felt when they found their “for right now” or forever home. Abby's background in social work and the hospitality industry honed her problem-solving skills, caring personality, and determination to make the best out of any situation. It's the biggest reason her clients return and refer their friends and family! You'll benefit from Abby's experience as a Delaware native. She has lived in many different areas of New Castle County — calling Claymont home for most of her life and Wilmington her “for now” home once again. Being an active member of the Claymont Girls Softball League as a player and coach for over 20 years is why she prioritizes staying close to home and continuing to be involved in such a great community of families and friends. In her free time, you will find her at the softball fields or down at our Delaware beaches! Compassionate agent walking with an older couple leaving their long time home!

Gretchen was competent, organized, professional, and always available to us. But those qualities, wonderful as they are, were not the best part of our experience with her. We were an elderly couple, hesitantly selling our home of 56 years—a place filled with memories and meaning. We approached the process with a great deal of trepidation and uncertainty. Gretchen walked through that difficult time with us with such genuine compassion and understanding. She recognized and respected our mixed feelings about selling our home and moving on, and she was there to support us every step of the way. We truly could not have made it through this experience without her. Gretchen was not just our real estate agent; she was a compassionate guide and a steady source of support during one of the biggest transitions of our lives. These ladies are phenomenal! They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They listen to all of your concerns and wishes. They will fight for what’s in your best interests. Would absolutely use them again for any real estate needs
