Kat was such a great partner to us as we sold our mom's home. She was professional, personable, upbeat, and on top of every detail. The township required multiple "out of the ordinary" hoops to jump through, so her willingness to go above and beyond (probably running herself ragged) meant we stayed on track for settlement without a hitch.
