We’ve known Beth for years. She’s our go to for Realtors. 3 different times and always satisfied.

I've worked with many realtors and I have never had an experience like I did with Savanah. This was my first time purchasing a cabin with unique qualities like having hauled water, passive heating, septic, and a unique build history. There were many times when I thought the deal was over because of the uniqueness of the cabin but each time Savanah swooped in and solved the problem. Not only does she have a tremendous amount of knowledge but she is also an expert negotiator. She is fierce, a creative problem solver, and adventurous. We were driving all over the state looking for this perfect quirky cabin. 100 out of 10 would recommend Savanah.

Charlotte was wonderful to work with! We started looking long before we were ready to buy but wanted to be informed of the market etc… Charlotte was kind and accommodating through the entire process. She is a great communicator and we always knew what was happening via her calls, emails and texts. Being relatively new to the area, she was a fabulous resource to us as we looked at different towns as well as parts of town. When we found the ‘perfect place’ she offered superb guidance and advice before , during and even after the sale closed. I highly recommend Charlotte Gray for your realtor.
