We met with multiple brokers before deciding to hire Nancy. It was clear that she had done her due diligence before meeting with us. Her comp analysis was clear and concise and supported her initial pricing. We had many showings and a couple of lowball offers early in the process. She was always prepared to outline the current state of the market with updates and explanations of outliers. One of our issues was the prospects not being able to visualize the size of the parcel. Her creativity was evidenced with the idea to put a marker on the property that could be pointed out during showings. A couple of months in, we met and decided to reduce the price to attract a broader market. Again, she supported her recommendations with market research. Shortly thereafter we received an offer and she guided us through the counter offer process. It was clear during the sale process that Nancy had a strong reputation and relationship with the local brokerage community. We could not have been more pleased with the overall experience and results of our relationship with Nancy.

She knows how to prepare a property to show at its best!! She is always available to answer questions and goes that “ extra mile” to help. Because she lives in the area, she is an expert at helping the buyers. Over all I am so impressed with how resourceful and practical she is in negotiating with both buyers and sellers. We never felt pressured in any way and were always given the information we needed to make decisions. We have sold homes in the past and this was by far the best experience we have had selling a home.

Lorraine listed a cabin for us in Munds Park. She walked us through every step starting with preparation and staging to market research and the contractual processes. Lorraine coached us on how to make our home look its best, how to weigh the offers from different buyers, and preparing responses to all of the contractual questions along the way. Without Lorraine’s expertise, we would not have had such a smooth transaction. Plus, her negotiation skills ensured we received the best price!

When me and my wife first met Jesse Calvin, he came to us extremely prepared with a binder full of information regarding our property. He was very encouraging, very professional and had a kind demeanor. Jesse gave us plenty of time to consider our options. We ended up going with him and throughout the entire process he has always been absolutely professional, encouraging and had the utmost integrity. During the selling process, he was able to network and come up with solutions to the problems we faced. He always kept in contact with us, gave us weekly calls and market updates, which were very helpful and he always was available via phone call, text or email. We always knew where we were at in the selling process and he answered every question we threw at him. We have bought and sold several houses in our marriage and this by far was the easiest transaction and we are so thankful for him for making this process seamless. We highly recommend Jesse for all your realtor needs!!

I first met Jacki when I decided that it was time to sell my long time Munds Park cabin in June of 2025. I was now in my nineties and had moved from Arizona to Michigan a couple of years prior to be near family after experiencing some medical problems. The cabin was unused and, after some long reflection, I decided that a new family should be enjoying it instead of it just sitting vacant. I convinced my Michigan son, who I'm sure instantly regretted his decision, to fly back to Arizona with me for a long week to get the cabin listed for sale. He did some internet research of area real estate agents and arranged some interviews for during our time there. That was when I first met Jacki. All of the agents we interviewed came across as knowledgeable and eager but what stood out about Jacki was her extensive knowledge of the local market, her honest assessment of the cabin and, most of all, she didn't even hesitate at the prospect of all of the extra work that she would have to put forth to arrange a sale from such a long distance, not to mention, one involving a person who doesn't process information as fast as I used to. I hired Jacki that week and we went to market with the season already half over and in a "Buyer's Market". Jacki quickly went to work with all of her state of the art marketing and photography and kept me informed, always offering sound advice and options while allowing me to decide, although her gentle suggestions would always win out. But where Jacki really shined and, literally, carried the sale across the finish line was after I accepted an offer but then had to address some home inspection issues before the sale could proceed. Contracting house repair work in Munds Park is not an endeavor for the timid and is even more daunting if you are trying to do it from another state. But Jacki stepped in and with her many years of dealing with the local market, was able to arrange the necessary repairs in a timely manner. And she got me a good price!
