Knocked it Out of the Park!

We met with multiple brokers before deciding to hire Nancy. It was clear that she had done her due diligence before meeting with us. Her comp analysis was clear and concise and supported her initial pricing. We had many showings and a couple of lowball offers early in the process. She was always prepared to outline the current state of the market with updates and explanations of outliers. One of our issues was the prospects not being able to visualize the size of the parcel.
