First off, I am a first time home buyer that moved to a new state! I was referred to Melinda and from the first conversation over the phone, I knew she was going to be a great realtor. Melinda took the time to get to know me and my family and our wants/needs in a home. She took the time to explain and show me different areas that I was interested in. I had a strict budget and Melinda made sure to show me homes that fit what we had talked about. She was ALWAYS positive and always made time for my questions and thoughts.
