From the first meeting, Richard was very easy to work with. He knew the market in our area, offered positive suggestions as to staging etc, put us in touch with people who could do some easy repair work before putting house on market and was with us throughout the entire selling process. He held 2 open houses which were well attended. He presented all offers to us and we were very happy with accepting an offer for full price. This was the 2nd house Richard helped us with and we were very satisfied with his professionalism, knowledge of the market and friendliness.
Jessica worked above and beyond in helping me with my unique downsizing situation. I found her to be completely knowledgeable and helpful in so many situations. As a real estate investor I have used Cyndi's services on Fourteen occasions. She never disappoints and is always thorough. She sold a house for me just this week and it went very smoothly considering the potential for issues a real estate transaction brings. Cyndi had given me a potential sale price a week or so before listing the property. As we closed in on the time to list the property she came back and said " We need to adjust the sale price" . I was expecting a price cut but was surprised when she wanted to raise the list price another $10,000. She asked if I had an issue with that. Of course I said no , I didnt have a problem with that. So we adjust the listing price accordingly. It sold during the first week for the new full list price.
