Leadership has always been a defining characteristic of Craig Via's life and career. Fittingly, his surname means “way,” and throughout the years, Craig has consistently led the way through service, integrity, and results. A Richmond native, Craig's commitment to excellence began early. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout at age 15, following in his father's footsteps, and went on to serve as class president, Key Club president, and lead performer in his high school's senior musical. These experiences helped shape the work ethic, discipline, and determination that continue to define him today. After graduating from the University of Richmond as a Phi Beta Kappa scholar and Chairman of the Honor Council, Craig launched his career in real estate. By the age of 26, he had established his own brokerage, Craig Via Realtors, and quickly built a reputation for exceptional service, trusted guidance, and outstanding results. Today, Craig is recognized as one of Richmond's premier real estate professionals. Consistently ranked among the area's top producers and within the top one percent of Realtors nationwide, he has built his success on deep market knowledge, strategic expertise, and an unwavering commitment to his clients.
