Since I lived in PA and was not readily available to tour properties, David coordinated with my daughter who lived locally so that she and her husband could promptly tour listings. On our second conference she showed us a hose that was what we wanted, and a little more. At the price we had agreed on. She handled the items on the house that needed fixing for us.
