She always sent a variety of possibilities for review before going out to see them in person; she would then “fine-tune” her search after each round of showings and always asked for any new input or any additional thoughts I had. She also had many reliable businesses/individuals to recommend for other things needed with a move into a new home- handymen, painters, home cleaning services, etc. She was never pushy about any of that, and only gave suggestions when I directly asked her if she knew anyone or a business she liked. I’m very happy with my new home and Kris stuck with me until we found it. I’d recommend her to anyone. A very, very positive and professional experience.

Anne did everything. We were out of town and she stayed on top of inspections, met with contractors to see our extras were installed and correct. It was a difficult time for us due to illness and she took away all the stress of buying a home under construction. At tax time she even sent a copy of our closing to us in case we needed it.
