Cyndi did an excellent job and knew exactly how to handle our situation. She got more money for us then we expected, in what we thought was an unconventional way. I am so impressed with her.

Cyndi drove this sale all the way with a very difficult buyers agent and a challenging buyer. She was patient when it was called for and the gloves came off when appropriate. She definitely knows what’s she’s doing and knows how to close the deal.

As a real estate investor I have used Cyndi's services on Fourteen occasions. She never disappoints and is always thorough. She sold a house for me just this week and it went very smoothly considering the potential for issues a real estate transaction brings. Cyndi had given me a potential sale price a week or so before listing the property. As we closed in on the time to list the property she came back and said " We need to adjust the sale price" . I was expecting a price cut but was surprised when she wanted to raise the list price another $10,000. She asked if I had an issue with that. Of course I said no , I didnt have a problem with that. So we adjust the listing price accordingly. It sold during the first week for the new full list price.
