I worked with Stephanie on the buy side of a land transaction in Louisa. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She has a special "nose" for solving problems and doing what it takes to enable a transaction. Our deal had some rather complicated issues that most brokers would have shied away from dealing with; rather, Stephanie helped marshal the right people, recommend the best process and made herself available around the clock to work until the problems were taken care of.
