I worked with Stephanie on the buy side of a land transaction in Louisa. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She has a special "nose" for solving problems and doing what it takes to enable a transaction. Our deal had some rather complicated issues that most brokers would have shied away from dealing with; rather, Stephanie helped marshal the right people, recommend the best process and made herself available around the clock to work until the problems were taken care of. These are the things that make a broker a cut above the rest. I would recommend any day working with Stephanie on any side of a real estate transaction as I certainly plan to do in the future.

Stephanie is the best! She had my home sold in 4 days, and a couple of hiccups, she took them on and had everything taken care of, and still closed right in time. Stephanie was amazing with handling a very difficult sell on my property! The property had been on and off the market for over 3 years and I was starting to loose hope it would ever sell! Stephanie never gave up! She had road maintenance agreements and right away dug up from years ago and had them verified making my life easier when buyers came looking! She dealt with my difficult neighbors very professionally and was always level headed! I would 10/10 recommend Stephanie to anyone!
