I worked with Stephanie on the buy side of a land transaction in Louisa. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She has a special "nose" for solving problems and doing what it takes to enable a transaction. Our deal had some rather complicated issues that most brokers would have shied away from dealing with; rather, Stephanie helped marshal the right people, recommend the best process and made herself available around the clock to work until the problems were taken care of. These are the things that make a broker a cut above the rest. I would recommend any day working with Stephanie on any side of a real estate transaction as I certainly plan to do in the future.

I worked with Lisa Campbell many years ago, and I quickly saw how professional, successful and kind she is. So, when I needed a Realtor, I immediately knew who to call! She is based in Charlottesville, but we live in Louisa County. So, I wasn't sure if she would help us list our house.
