I have continued to reach out to him for referrals, he has delivered old mail across town to my new residence and is a genuinely good man!!! He is hands down the BEST AGENT I have ever worked with and trust me there have been a few in my past. I jokingly call him the “Mayor” of RVA because he knows everyone and gets things done!!! My experience with Kris Martin was exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable, prompt to respond, kind, detail oriented, and listens intently to your needs in a home. She always sent a variety of possibilities for review before going out to see them in person; she would then “fine-tune” her search after each round of showings and always asked for any new input or any additional thoughts I had. She also had many reliable businesses/individuals to recommend for other things needed with a move into a new home- handymen, painters, home cleaning services, etc. She was never pushy about any of that, and only gave suggestions when I directly asked her if she knew anyone or a business she liked. I’m very happy with my new home and Kris stuck with me until we found it. I’d recommend her to anyone. A very, very positive and professional experience.

Kathleen Pender did an excellent job. In fact, more than excellent, more in the realm of exceptional. But for her expertise and constant support I am not sure how I could have sold this house. She was relentless in supporting my interests throughout the entire process. I could not ask for a better realtor and what I consider a partner in selling this property.
