He took a lot of stress out of the home buying process.

(Service providers, closing atty, etc) His established relationships with these folks was evident in his ability to reach them after hours/ get schedule preference/ etc. Lastly, his team provided helpful resources on moving checklists, things to remember, etc.

She was always a phone call or text away and checked in on me from time to time as I worked on getting ready. She helped me assess what was reasonable on fixing up an older house for sale and she offered ideas on staging but was flexible in considering other possibilities. She bent over backwards to help us especially since we were doing the home search from a distance. We could ask her anything and she would give the answer or find it right away.
