He was very responsive to my questions and finding me showings that fit my interests. When I did find my home, he was involved every step of the way to closing. He took a lot of stress out of the home buying process.

I hate realtors and car sales people. Shannon is one of the few I actually had a good experience with. She was willing to tell me no, not just saying yes to everything or pushing me to buy something. She helped me stay within my budget and when I wanted to go above it she corrected my course to maintain it. Also, even if I liked a house but it was a bad choice she would advise against it while also telling me why. If you want someone to really help you get what you need and want then Shannon is perfect. Mark and his team are top notch! We really appreciated his counsel and expertise throughout the process of buying a new home. It was clear he had our best interests at heart - even if that meant seeing even more houses or pushing on negotiation. He navigated a challenging closing experience with finesse and confidence. He has tons of contacts for anything you need and it has come in handy. (Service providers, closing atty, etc) His established relationships with these folks was evident in his ability to reach them after hours/ get schedule preference/ etc. Lastly, his team provided helpful resources on moving checklists, things to remember, etc.

This was a first-time experience for me in selling a house and Kris really helped encourage and guide me through the process. She was always a phone call or text away and checked in on me from time to time as I worked on getting ready. She helped me assess what was reasonable on fixing up an older house for sale and she offered ideas on staging but was flexible in considering other possibilities. She showed experienced command of the process and communicated well thru anticipating and answering any questions I might have. The listing and house opening strategy she used delivered multiple offers above listing price and a quick sale within less than a week of listing. If I ever had to go thru this again, I would hope to use her services or someone like her if she isn't available.
