She bent over backwards to help us especially since we were doing the home search from a distance. We could ask her anything and she would give the answer or find it right away. My experience with Kris Martin was exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable, prompt to respond, kind, detail oriented, and listens intently to your needs in a home. She always sent a variety of possibilities for review before going out to see them in person; she would then “fine-tune” her search after each round of showings and always asked for any new input or any additional thoughts I had. She also had many reliable businesses/individuals to recommend for other things needed with a move into a new home- handymen, painters, home cleaning services, etc. She was never pushy about any of that, and only gave suggestions when I directly asked her if she knew anyone or a business she liked.
