This was a first-time experience for me in selling a house and Kris really helped encourage and guide me through the process. She was always a phone call or text away and checked in on me from time to time as I worked on getting ready. She helped me assess what was reasonable on fixing up an older house for sale and she offered ideas on staging but was flexible in considering other possibilities. She showed experienced command of the process and communicated well thru anticipating and answering any questions I might have. The listing and house opening strategy she used delivered multiple offers above listing price and a quick sale within less than a week of listing. If I ever had to go thru this again, I would hope to use her services or someone like her if she isn't available.
