Mindy was super direct and straight to the point. She was really understanding and broke down all the terminology so it actually made sense. She knew almost all the answers right off the bat, and if she didn’t, she’d go find out.

The real magic, though, came at closing as it was unexpectedly delayed at the last minute for 3 days. He was doing all the things to keep everything moving forward while keeping me calm and confident it would all work out. And again, his relationships were invaluable as the movers he recommended worked with me through the delays.
