Dave helped us through the selling process from preparing the home before the listing all the way through the closing and beyond. His knowledge of the real estate market was spot on and he was only a text away if we had questions, always responding quickly. He definitely knows his stuff. We highly recommend him to any and all buyers or sellers. In addition, he’s a good guy.

Missie made the sale of our townhome easier than I could’ve imagined. She was extremely responsive and stayed on top of everything. She went over and beyond things she would normally have to do and helped assist my mother in law moved out. This was our first time selling a home and she did a great job explaining the process. We had an offer on our house the first day it was on the market and the sale was completed in about a month. Her attention to detail was impressive and she made sure we were made aware of every little detail or if a change came up. I highly recommend using Missie as your next agent, you will not be disappointed. She is always looking out for her clients best interests and open and honest about everything. We will 100% be using Missie in the future.
