Hired Beth after having a bad realtor and she came in and got it sold in 7 days. Her and her family took time out of their weekend to come in and help me fix up the bad paint job. She put up with crazy emotions that a seller goes through with stress. She staged the home, got it ready before each showing and ensured the lights were off after showings.
