Susan made buying my first house an easy experience. Within 24 hours of contact we had already viewed 10 houses and I had an offer accepted within the first week. She handled getting a quality inspection done quickly and knew the right people to get a electrical inspection on an issue found done within two hours of us finding it. Sue hands down did anything everything that she possibly could to help us through our home buying journey! Took time with us to actually listen to what we wanted and where. Susan was amazing to work with on the selling of my house! Living far away, I was confident in her knowledge of the area and current market to let her handle all aspects of the sale. She would be there in a moments notice when I couldn’t to meet contractors or inspectors. She added her personal touch to the house which made it stand out amongst other comps.
