Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Courtney Roberts brings a unique blend of creativity, experience, and heart to her role as Director of Sales at Tina Morris & Co. A licensed Broker in both Idaho and Washington, Courtney spent over nine years helping clients buy and sell homes before relocating to Virginia to join the team. With a background in Marketing Management, Interior Design, Real Estate, and Project Management, Courtney holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and a Minor in Sustainability, giving her a creative edge and a keen eye for detail. She’s worked across multiple facets of the industry, from listing strategy and design to real estate marketing for a top firm in Portland, Oregon that specialized in both commercial development and high-end residential sales. At Tina Morris & Co., Courtney plays an integral role in the day-to-day success of the team- overseeing transactions, leading client relations, coordinating events, and managing office operations. She is a proud alumna of Virginia Commonwealth University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science, and she also holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on Child and Adolescent Development. Passionate about youth mental health and community impact, she serves on the Board of Directors for the nonprofit Nurturing Minds. Dionne began her real estate career in 2016 after purchasing her first home and discovering the transformative power of homeownership and financial literacy. She now helps clients build wealth through strategic real estate decisions and strong market positioning. Gary has been a full time REALTOR® since 1995 and a Broker since 2002. Throughout his career, he has been one of the top REALTORS® in the Richmond area, selling more than 1,500 homes. In 2002, he opened RE/MAX Action Real Estate and successfully managed the firm for 20 years before choosing to streamline his life and focus solely on representing buyers and sellers. In 2020, Gary added a new chapter by founding GVA Home Builders, where he builds custom homes and handles residential additions and renovations. Over the years, he has written dozens of classes, taught thousands of REALTORS®, and created the Real Estate Skills Series which he taught at his former firm. Gary holds a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Kansas and previously worked for United Press International and the Kansas Senate Majority Leader. His proudest achievement is his family, being a father of three and husband to his wife Shannon.
