He knew the market in our area, offered positive suggestions as to staging etc, put us in touch with people who could do some easy repair work before putting house on market and was with us throughout the entire selling process. He held 2 open houses which were well attended. He presented all offers to us and we were very happy with accepting an offer for full price. This was the 2nd house Richard helped us with and we were very satisfied with his professionalism, knowledge of the market and friendliness.
