Adeline is very good at communicating and is very diligent in making sure her clients are well informed. She is also very knowledgeable in the market and the greater Richmond area. She has very helpful whether its giving me advice on the process but also in practical ways. She mopped up my front walkway when someone dirtied it up. Warren went above and beyond in his duties in the sale of our home. The buyer was consistently late on reviewing and submitting paperwork causing great delays in the closing process. Warren remained calm and delivered the closing on our end on time. even though the buyer was 9 days late getting loan approval. Warren even went back to our house to cover a septic access point after the inspection.
