This was our first home purchase in nearly 25 years. To say we were rusty with the process would be an understatement. Not only that, but we also moved from halfway across the country. Beth is so knowledgeable and kind. She guided us through the entire process, and put us in touch with the right financier for our specific needs. From our end, the entire process felt seamless, and we know that’s only because Beth was hands-on with everything that had to be handled here. Her familiarity with the area adds a personal, welcoming touch to what, in so many instances, can be a cold, transactional undertaking. On top of that, she is simply a beautiful human being! If all real estate transactions could be as pleasant and stress-free as ours has been with Beth, we would probably buy real estate more often! (Of course given a nice lottery win!)

Although Weichert is a great company and this particular location is the best, It was God Who gets the Glory here. He was working behind the scenes while we and the Arnold team were doing what we thought was best. There is no way that we could ever have matched up this buyer with us and be exactly what we needed to see taking care of what we loved.
I'm more than pleased with the level of professionalism from Beth. With so many realtors to choose from in Eureka Springs, I'm so happy I chose her! From the initial contact to the closing, she was so helpful. I am an out of state owner, so Beth took care of everything to the point that I never had to drive 10 hours to do anything. Not to mention the house had a contract within hours of being listed for sale. The confidence Beth had concerning every step of the process was both impressive and comforting.
