Finding our dream home was a journey we will never forget, and Jody Demo was with us every step of the way. We fell in love with this property in Berryville while living hundreds of miles away in Texas, and when our first contract didn't work out, it felt like the dream might slip away. Jody never let it. More than a year later, she helped us find our way back to the same home, and this time we made it all the way to the closing table. Through it all, Jody went so far above and beyond. She tracked down answers to every lender question, gathered inspector quotes, kept after the listing agent for the details we needed, and even sent us old listings of the property just because she knew we would love seeing its history. She made this dream possible. Jody started out as our agent, but somewhere along this long road she became our friend. We will always be grateful that she believed in our dream as much as we did.
