Jennifer was fantastic to work with. When we got a call less than 48 hours before we closed that we needed "earthquak straps" before we could close she jumped rigth in to help. She was very professional and it was a pleasure getting to know her through this process.

Jennifer and Lisa went above and beyound to help us understand the process of buying land.

Jennifer did a great job of communicating through the whole purchase process.

MC was very prompt with communication. I could text him on a Saturday or Sunday and he would reply within the hour. He never pressured us to make a decision we didn’t want to and even gave us helpful suggestions to make the house more appealing. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with MC and the home selling process.

As a first-time homebuyer, Mahmoud "MC" Chitsazan was the ideal agent! He made the entire process so smooth and easy to understand, taking the time to explain every step and showcase his impressive market knowledge. MC was incredibly patient and responsive, always there to answer my questions and guide me without any pressure. His negotiation skills were invaluable, helping me secure the perfect home within my budget. If you're looking for a professional, reliable, and truly invested agent, I highly recommend Mahmoud "MC" Chitsazan. He turned what could have been stressful into a joyful experience. Thanks to MC!

Mahmoud has been fatherly to me as a first time home buyer. He was with me each step of the way and went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal tailored to fit my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend him without reservation. I am very pleased to have him as my Realtor.
