This was our first home purchase in nearly 25 years. To say we were rusty with the process would be an understatement. Not only that, but we also moved from halfway across the country. Beth is so knowledgeable and kind. She guided us through the entire process, and put us in touch with the right financier for our specific needs. From our end, the entire process felt seamless, and we know that’s only because Beth was hands-on with everything that had to be handled here. Her familiarity with the area adds a personal, welcoming touch to what, in so many instances, can be a cold, transactional undertaking. On top of that, she is simply a beautiful human being! My review of a fellow Realtor is very important to me! I always review honestly as I would expect others to do the same. With that being said, I have been extremely happy with Katie's service since January of 24'. With me not being licensed in Arkansas, I had to rely on a Realtor in Arkansas.
