This was our first home purchase in nearly 25 years. To say we were rusty with the process would be an understatement. Not only that, but we also moved from halfway across the country. Beth is so knowledgeable and kind. She guided us through the entire process, and put us in touch with the right financier for our specific needs. From our end, the entire process felt seamless, and we know that’s only because Beth was hands-on with everything that had to be handled here. Her familiarity with the area adds a personal, welcoming touch to what, in so many instances, can be a cold, transactional undertaking. On top of that, she is simply a beautiful human being! It was with some urgency that I contacted Beth Martin, the listing agent at All Seasons Real Estate, to buy a particular piece of vacant land in Holiday Island. She knew the backstory of the seller and was willing to work with me for a quick closing on the property. As an out-of-state buyer, I am sure I presented some unique or uncommon problems. I was impressed with her willingness to walk me through the electronic documents. Beth worked through everything - even compiling a list of insurance agents and their contact information. From start to finish, Beth smoothed out the wrinkles for this transaction answering my questions and concerns. I never had a concern go unanswered. She was quick to respond to my questions. Beth worked extremely hard to get us to the closing in a little over 2 weeks. Even for this purchase of a small piece of property, she made every effort to make this sale happen - quickly and efficiently. I wish her commission could have been more.
