This is the third time my husband and I have used Katie for transactions in Holiday Island. She is and has been very professional and certainly knows her business. This time, selling our home was very different and somewhat stressful and complicated because my husband was in the hospital very ill. Katie went above and beyond in every aspect. Her compassion for me and what I was dealing with was so welcomed, I feel like I have a life long friend. She made it a point to always ask about not only my husband and his well being, but mine also. She helped in so many areas of this whole process that really are not in the realm of an agents job and did so without even asking, just did it. I truly can't thank her enough for making this sell as easy, stress free and pleasant as she did. I would not ever hesitate to recommend Katie for any and all of any individual or family's real estate needs in NW Arkansas.

My review of a fellow Realtor is very important to me! I always review honestly as I would expect others to do the same. With that being said, I have been extremely happy with Katie's service since January of 24'. With me not being licensed in Arkansas, I had to rely on a Realtor in Arkansas. I had been in contact with other Realtors but once I had talked with Katie about her listing in Holiday Island, I knew I had the right one! She is a real go-getter and always responds to text and/or calls when she becomes available and has the BEST attitude! I had been looking/studying the area for the last few years and decided to jump in on an opportunity once I sold our commercial property in Tulsa. We initiated a 1031 exchange to purchase the Holiday Island property with and Katie was already knowledgeable with this process which made for a very easy transaction with her sellers. From the start to closing the deal, Katie was on top of every situation that came up and situations DO come up in any transaction. She treated every turn with care, professionalism and transparency. Katie did an amazing job helping me to sell my condo. She made the process easy, in that she helped navigate any and all communication and negotiations with confidence, integrity, honesty, and always made me feel heard and safe through the entire process. Katie Hendrickson brought us an unsolicited buyer. There were bumps along the way, as with any home sale, and Katie did a wonderful job of anticipating potential snags in the process and working with us, and the buyer to ensure that we were both dealt with reasonably and were happy with the outcome. As part time residents, we were not available to open the property up to appraisers, and inspectors, and Katie stepped in to make that all happen. My husband and I would both wholeheartedly recommend the efforts of Ms. Hendrickson but more than that, she is pleasant to deal with and extremely knowledgeable of the local market and the rules of real estate in general.

Katie guided and advised us at every stage of the sales process, providing suggestions and tips that led to a successful sale. She also connected us with local people who helped move large items. She was a joy, both personally and professionally and we are grateful for her expertise and excellence.
