Caroline answered our many questions accurately and patiently. She conducted herself professionally from the first phone conversation through our closing event. She listened carefully to what my husband and I wanted in a retirement home and helped us with the purchase of a home that meets our specifications.

Caroline was patient and flexible, continually providing assistance during every step of the process.

Caroline helped us purchase our future home and we successfully closed on August 4. She was knowledgeable about the area and guided us through the contract, inspections, and closing process. We appreciated that she was willing to find homes based on what we were looking for and set up viewings with any we brought to her and helped negotiate a credit after the home inspection findings for the final location we picked out. Communication was sometimes slower than we would have preferred, especially during the inspection and repair-negotiation phase, and a few follow-ups required multiple reminders. That said, she ultimately delivered and we are happy with the outcome. Overall a positive experience for a multi-generational move.
