So I stayed working with Rebecca almost 2 years ago from 7 states away from where I wanted to move and buy. She sent me weekly listings of the houses that checked all the boxes and when I would travel to Arkansas to actually look at homes a few times, Rebecca had it all set up and organized and after 18 months she found the perfect house for me and was a fantastic asset during the selling price negotiations and price. There is simply no exaggerating when I say that Nicole truly has to be the best realtor in NWA. She was our rock during our home buying experience from start to finish. As first time home buyers my husband and I needed lots of guidance. So here’s the deal, and it doesn’t get more glowing than this. I wanted to buy a house 300 miles away and I came to NWA for a week to look. Brock bent over backwards to make the most of my time there. He worked around my schedule, leveraged every contact he had, and really listened to incorporate our feedback on every house we saw. Because of all that, we were under contract within about 4 days. When the time came to make offers, he demonstrated deep knowledge of his market and delivered extremely favorable terms for us. I started looking in mid-January, closed on 2/20, and am moving in on 2/28. Brock got me into my dream house 300 miles away in 6 weeks flat.
