As I already said, he was always available and patient with me. An honest and caring person who helped me navigate the process of paperwork. Whenever I had a question, he found the answers to help me get a perfect home for me. Helped me through what I felt was a difficult negotiation process. I would recommend him to anyone without reservations.!

We were coming from out of town and Brock always made himself available when we needed him. No matter how many questions I had he always helped resolve them, and he even arranged a colleague of his to meet us at the house to do a walk through when he was on vacation. I really appreciated his responsiveness and setting realistic expectations. I know I didn't make it easy on him, yet Brock was always willing to help out, and very approachable. All in all a really good guy, and someone I was glad to work with.

Every time I contacted Tori, she got right back to me. She explained the process as we went through it and was knowledgeable. Me choosing the final sale price was “worse than expected” had absolutely nothing to do with Tori. It had everything to do with the seller. I feel that he needed money because his house had been on the market for five or six months, and it was not selling, so he sold me the vacant lot that he owned adjacent to his house that was for sale.

When my husband and I first were thinking about buying a home in Bella Vista, AR, we were driving around looking at houses that were for sale just getting an idea of the types of houses available and cost. As we were driving by, very slowly, a house that was for sale, Matt actually walked from the front of the house and motioned for us to stop. He said that while that house had just received a purchase agreement, he would be more than happy to help us out to find something else. We told him we were just looking at that point but he impressed us so much I saved the business card he gave us for use in the future. Fast forward a year or so later, we had decided to make the move and I called Matt. He was so patient and helpful finding, and then helping us through the process of buying, our new home. I can’t recommend him enough!

Aaron has great knowledge of the market and is extremely detailed and professional. Aaron has represented me on three different transactions and I will definitely utilize his services in the future. His network is second to none and gets detailed information back quickly.

Matt knew the area well, helped us understand the pros and cons of homes we viewed, and (most importantly) was a great communicator - keeping us in the loop as things progressed from negotiation all the way to closing.

Caroline was a great agent to work with. She was very familiar with the area and super helpful throughout the entire process would definitely use her again in the future.

Tyler is absolutely the best Realtor I have ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable of the local market and kept me informed of every step of the way. His network of contacts is unlike no other! Tyler went above and beyond to help me in every aspect, such as financing, roof contracting, home insurance and understanding the complex real estate paperwork. He was available when I needed him to answer questions and I will be forever grateful for his professionalism, kindness, and patience through this process!

Deja has been the most wonderful person to work with. From the first time we saw homes with her we knew we found the right person for us. On weekends that we had other things going on, and didn’t get to see houses with her, we missed her so much. She has become more of a friend than a realtor to us. She was on top of it all the time. We found a house that we absolutely loved and made an offer, but the seller took another offer. We looked at so many more homes to find one that would take the place of the one we loved, but never could. One day, Deja texts me out of the blue and said she had good news! She had stayed on top of the home we loved and found out that it was going back on the market. She knew we loved it and she kept her eye on it in case something failed. She’s so down to earth, easy to talk to, and doesn’t try to push a house on you (which is the best). She doesn’t try and oversell something if she doesn’t see it as a good fit for you. When we would walk around homes if she saw something that was a defect or a possible issue, she would point it out immediately and we absolutely love that about her. I would highly recommend her for any of your realtor needs! She will work with you, find out what you need, and also keep in contact with you along the way. We love her!
