Although we didn’t bite on that property, we felt that Wayne understood what we were looking for and that he was someone we could work with. Going forward, Wayne was responsive to our questions and concerns. Put a couple of offers in on homes and came up short, but that was completely timing and not anyone’s fault. When we finally found THE house, Wayne walked us through the process, we put in the offer and it was accepted. Wayne kept us informed on the progress and even called us while we were on vacation in Europe to handle some small matter. From the initial offer to the closing, Wayne was there for us, representing us, and protecting our interests. I recommend him highly.

Not one ounce of anxiety during the entire process with Mason, or the underwriter we worked with Jake, or Pam at city title who helped us close. It wasn’t just easy, it was luxurious. Mason responded to us within 2-3 minutes everytime we had a question, rain or shine night or day. He was easy going, kind, patient, and had a great sense of humor.
