We found Wayne accidentally through Zillow. We had been working with another realtor, but that didn’t work, so while looking at homes on Zillow, we contacted Wayne to show us a house. Although we didn’t bite on that property, we felt that Wayne understood what we were looking for and that he was someone we could work with. Going forward, Wayne was responsive to our questions and concerns. Put a couple of offers in on homes and came up short, but that was completely timing and not anyone’s fault. When we finally found THE house, Wayne walked us through the process, we put in the offer and it was accepted. Wayne kept us informed on the progress and even called us while we were on vacation in Europe to handle some small matter. From the initial offer to the closing, Wayne was there for us, representing us, and protecting our interests. I recommend him highly.

Wayne was very helpful in helping us buy our home as first time home buyers. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to explain each step during the buying process so that we always were in the loop and helped keep us on track when things were a bit overwhelming. He toured homes with us over the span of several months, in multiple different areas, and was very helpful during the walk throughs- while my husband and I were looking at the home through the lens of if we could see ourselves living there, he was looking for any issues we may need to know as a potential buyer and pointing them out to us so we could make the most informed decision (electrical issues, water damage, etc). He was also very quick to reply to any messages we sent and readily answered all of our questions. He makes himself available for his clients and any time we asked him to do a tour or second walk through he always made it happen and we appreciated that as our work schedules sometimes had us doing tours at weird times. Wayne was excellent to work with and we would definitely use him again in the future, you can tell he truly cares about his clients and the home they end up in.

Wayne help us buy our first home back when the real estate market was going nuts from COVID, and he was there to help us sell it for the best value now that we've outgrown it. He used his network of contacts to get us the right photos, right marketing, and the right buyer for full list, selling our house in less than 5 days on the market. He also helped manage the negotiations along the way, and ensured both the seller and the buyer walked away with a fair deal. He even went above and beyond to remove items we inadvertently left in the house so the buyer didn't have to figure out how to dispose of it.
