We started looking for places early January, and as soon as we got in contact with Wayne, he started to understand our needs and dreams regarding a house. We had no idea on what the process of buying a house in the state was, and Wayne took us step by step, super clear on what were the timelines, requirements, things to look and letting us know the good and the bad of every single place he showed us. He was extremely patient with our changing asks and was always ready to answer our questions. When we finally settled on a house, it took us some time to finalize arrangements for closing, and Wayne kept being supportive.

He really listened to what my husband and I both wanted in a new home and delivered. He helped us a lot understand the home buying and selling process. He acted as a liaison for us too when it came to the bank and inspector and anyone else we needed to use during the process. We always trusted his advice and recommendations.
