We started looking for places early January, and as soon as we got in contact with Wayne, he started to understand our needs and dreams regarding a house. We had no idea on what the process of buying a house in the state was, and Wayne took us step by step, super clear on what were the timelines, requirements, things to look and letting us know the good and the bad of every single place he showed us.
