Wayne was fantastic to work with. He’s firstly very down to earth and kind which we liked. Not arrogant at all. He was an excellent communicator and was always available day or night to answer our calls or texts if we had questions or concerns. He really listened to what my husband and I both wanted in a new home and delivered. He helped us a lot understand the home buying and selling process. He acted as a liaison for us too when it came to the bank and inspector and anyone else we needed to use during the process. We always trusted his advice and recommendations. We would recommend him to anyone!

Wayne was great. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to show us a lot of houses.
