We found Wayne accidentally through Zillow. We had been working with another realtor, but that didn’t work, so while looking at homes on Zillow, we contacted Wayne to show us a house. Although we didn’t bite on that property, we felt that Wayne understood what we were looking for and that he was someone we could work with. Going forward, Wayne was responsive to our questions and concerns. Put a couple of offers in on homes and came up short, but that was completely timing and not anyone’s fault. When we finally found THE house, Wayne walked us through the process, we put in the offer and it was accepted. Wayne was very helpful in helping us buy our home as first time home buyers. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to explain each step during the buying process so that we always were in the loop and helped keep us on track when things were a bit overwhelming. He toured homes with us over the span of several months, in multiple different areas, and was very helpful during the walk throughs- while my husband and I were looking at the home through the lens of if we could see ourselves living there, he was looking for any issues we may need to know as a potential buyer and pointing them out to us so we could make the most informed decision (electrical issues, water damage, etc). He was also very quick to reply to any messages we sent and readily answered all of our questions. He makes himself available for his clients and any time we asked him to do a tour or second walk through he always made it happen and we appreciated that as our work schedules sometimes had us doing tours at weird times. We started looking for places early January, and as soon as we got in contact with Wayne, he started to understand our needs and dreams regarding a house. Wayne was great. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to show us a lot of houses.
