Wayne was very helpful in helping us buy our home as first time home buyers. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to explain each step during the buying process so that we always were in the loop and helped keep us on track when things were a bit overwhelming. He toured homes with us over the span of several months, in multiple different areas, and was very helpful during the walk throughs- while my husband and I were looking at the home through the lens of if we could see ourselves living there, he was looking for any issues we may need to know as a potential buyer and pointing them out to us so we could make the most informed decision (electrical issues, water damage, etc). He was also very quick to reply to any messages we sent and readily answered all of our questions. He makes himself available for his clients and any time we asked him to do a tour or second walk through he always made it happen and we appreciated that as our work schedules sometimes had us doing tours at weird times. Wayne was excellent to work with and we would definitely use him again in the future, you can tell he truly cares about his clients and the home they end up in.

If you are moving to NWA, we highly recommend working with Matthew. Getting moved from Tulsa was a huge transition for our family, but Matthew’s market knowledge, negotiation skills, and personable approach, made the process significantly easier for us. What we wanted in a house was not easy to find, and Matthew had the utmost patience with us. His responsiveness and level of urgency is unmatched. Cannot say enough positive things about our experience from start to finish!!

Loved everything about working with Matthew. He was my realtor four years ago when I bought the house and was my realtor again when I just sold my house. He recommended I stage my house and it resulted in me getting $50k more than I had hoped. Matthew answered every call or text immediately. He sent me screen shots of all texts he had with the Buyer's agent so I could exactly what was said rather than a filtered view. Matthew listens. He tells me what he thinks and then if I have a different idea, he doesn't reflexively dismiss it but actually listens. Both when I bought my house and again when I sold it, I can think of examples when I had an idea that he was a little skeptical about, but said he trusted my gut and we should try it. Each time it worked to perfection. Working with Matthew was like having a professional team member on my personal team to guide me every step in the process. I wouldn't even think about buying or selling a home in NWA without first reaching out to Matthew Bastian. He is simply the best. Matthew is knowledgeable, professional, responsive and the hardest working realtor there is. Nobody, and I mean nobody, outworks Matthew. My only regret on this recommendation is being limited to 5 stars for this review. I wish I could give many more. Matty Boy is the best!
